• Kind+ is a monthly membership with which you are eligible for Kind+ member pricing, instant rewards, and expedited pick-up or delivery on eligible orders placed with stores in our network. Kind+ memberships are typically $4.99/month, and we do not offer annual billing at this time. We also run various promotions with many of our partnered retailers.

To utilize your membership benefits on Kind+, you can do so in a couple of different ways:

• Go to KindPlus.com and sign in with your email address. Once you’ve arrived, you can see our list of stores and shop through our site.
• Navigate to the retailer’s website and shop. Once logged in, all applicable member benefits will be applied to eligible orders.

We work diligently to ensure integration on our partners’ product menus are user-friendly across the board. Because of this, Kind+ benefits are not always available on each retailer’s mobile apps. In order to utilize your Kind+ benefits, please navigate to the retailer’s website using your preferred browser on tablet, mobile, or desktop.

Promo Codes and Discounts
Depending on the retailer you are shopping with, you may not be able to use Kind+ benefits in conjunction with some promotional codes or sale events. If that is the case, the retailer’s product menu will provide you with more information at checkout.

• New Kind+ members have immediate access to member benefits.
• Benefits for Kind+ members who are upgrading a pre-existing dispensary partner membership will be available on the next day.

• There is a monthly membership fee of $4.99 (including tax) unless you qualify for a free membership with one of our partners. Paid memberships automatically renew at the end of your subscription or trial period, and you should expect to be charged at that time.
• We are always running promotions with many of our various partnered stores. We also offer free memberships to those who are KindTap Credit customers.

To confirm your current membership status:
1. Sign in to your Kind+ account.
2. Click “My Account” in the top right corner of the screen.
3. Click “My Info” from the dropdown menu.
4. Your membership status will be listed under “Account Overview.”

Once your order is placed on the store’s website, it cannot be canceled or changed by Kind+. If you are in an absolute pinch and need to cancel, you may contact the store directly and reference your order number located on the retailer’s website.

Kind+ Memberships can be canceled or paused at any time, for any reason. No commitment necessary.

1. Sign in to your Kind+ account.
2. Click “My Account” in the top right corner of the screen.
3. From the drop-down, click “My Info.”
4. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click “Cancel Membership.”
